(The Christians) devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. – Acts 2:42
“For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them…” – Romans 12:4-6
The Haven is a safe place to learn and grow together. We love theology (the study of God) but we do not pretend to have everything figured out. We realize that in a lot of ways we are still a mess. We are a group of people from all walks of life, but a common bond in our Lord and Savior. Therefore we purpose to be a safe place to question, seek and find the truth and abundant life that comes through Jesus Christ. We do this through weekly small groups that meet in a home environment to encourage and strengthen one another through fellowship, prayer and study of the God’s Word.
